📢 Important Notice: According to our Terms of Use, each customer is limited to one account only.
We understand it can be frustrating to find that you’re no longer able to access Topper. We want to be as clear as possible: when this happens, it's always for a reason, and never taken lightly.
Why Topper may stop offering services
Topper is a regulated platform, which means we must follow strict legal and compliance standards. These rules require us to:
- Prevent fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes
- Confirm the identity of our users
- Limit access based on jurisdiction or documentation availability
For example, we may not be able to offer services if:
- You reside in a country we don’t support
- You’re unable to provide valid or supported ID documents
- We detect unusual or restricted activity on your account
If your account is restricted
Sometimes, we temporarily restrict access if we need to review a transaction or verify some details. If that’s the case, we’ll contact you with clear next steps.
If we don’t receive the information we need, we may move forward with closing the account.
If your account is closed
Accounts may be closed for several reasons, including not providing requested information or a breach of our Terms of Service.
Will I be told why?
We’ll always let you know if your account is restricted or closed. In most cases, we’ll also explain why. However, in some situations, we’re not allowed to share details due to legal or regulatory reasons.
