Monthly statements are not available to all Topper customers. This article explains who can access them, when they become available, and how far back your history goes.
Regional eligibility
Monthly statements are currently available only to customers residing in Texas (USA) and European countries under MiCA legislation. If you do not see the Statements tab in the Topper widget, this feature is not available in your region.
When statements become available
Statements for a specific month become available on the 1st day of the following month. For example, the June statement becomes available to download on July 1st.
Months with no activity
Statements are generated even if there was no account activity during that period. In such cases, the statement will reflect no transactions.
Historical access
- Accounts created before January 2026: Statements are accessible starting from January 2026 up to the most recently completed month.
- Accounts created after January 2026: Statements are accessible starting from the month the account was created. If the account was created in the current month, the first statement will become available on the 1st day of the following month.
