Your transaction history provides a complete record of your crypto purchases and sales. Whether you need it for personal tracking, account reconciliation, or tax reporting, you can export it directly from the Topper widget.
Follow the steps below to download your transaction history:
- Login to Topper.
- Tap the Menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the Topper widget.
- Select Documents within the Preference Center menu options.
- Tap the Transaction History tab.
- Generate report. A loading animation will play, followed by a green confirmation banner indicating your request was successful.
- Check your registered email inbox within a few minutes for your download link. Files arrive as an .XLS spreadsheet.
Payment dates in the downloaded transaction history may not always match the date on your bank statement. For example, an order placed over the weekend may be processed by your bank on Monday. In that case, compare the order amount on your bank statement with your original order confirmation to match the transactions.
